Our experience as a company dates back from 1994 in places including Ses Salines (Fornells), Los Delfines (Ciutadella) and now Cala Galdana (Ferreries). These places form part of the company we try to reenforce every day.

As for the name of our restaurant, “El Viejo Timón” comes form an old and beautiful rudder which belonged to a very old person. We bought it because it evoked happy memories of old times. The same comment was made by an old English teacher who, together with his wife, was a regular client of our restaurant in Fornells. We still remember those chats between a youngster and, lets say, a wise old man.
